This magnificent villa is ideally located in a private domain behind the Château Valmer, about a seven-minute walk to the beach of Héraclée, 15 minutes from small shops and restaurants, and a 20-minute drive to Saint-Tropez.

The living space consists of a large open plan room with a kitchen, dining area and a very spacious living room. There are three beautiful double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, all with en suite shower rooms. There is also a large area of decking surrounding the heated swimming pool with sun loungers and an outdoor dining area under a gazebo with a gas barbecue.

Available May excluding half-terms (24th May to 1st June), the first two weeks of June, the last two weeks of September and the middle two weeks of October. The remainder of the high season (mid-June through to mid-September) will be rented or used by the owners. Guests can also make use of the property in March or April, excluding over Easter.
